Elder Island at Belgrave Music Hall

Through the masses of people, I climbed into the gig a little late, notified of its start by the thick sub penetrating through to the bar. After finding a gap in the crowd I watched as Elder Island captivated their audience. Their thin layers of electronic drums, sub bass and soft keys were enveloping. This lack in melodic movement left room for the lead singers soft but catchy vocal lines. The band were openly relaxed, which transcended to the audience, keeping the rooms vibe ultra chill. A must see for the relaxed electronic music lover.
